​The P-12 Curriculum​ Framework​ is the policy that guides the provision of curriculum in Queensland state schools, including for students with ASD. It sets out requirements and expectations for planning, delivering, monitoring and assessing the mandated curriculum.

It is vital that students with ASD in state schools are able to access and participate in the curriculum alongside their same-age peers.

  • Curriculum into the classroom is an Education Queensland initiative to help introduce the new curriculum in Queensland state schools through the provision of a comprehensive suite of materials for state classroom teachers.
  • School planning, reviewing and reporting framework 2012 -2015 details the school improvement processes of planning, reviewing and reporting to be enacted in Queensland state schools to implement state and national reforms, and to drive improved learning outcomes for all students.
  • Education Adjustm​ent Program​ is a process for identifying and responding to the education needs of students with disability.
  • Gateway to Educational ​Adjustments and Programming​ Learning Place community is a valuable resource for teachers of students with diverse educational needs, including students with ASD.
