The Autism Hub provides evidence-based information, resources and advice to support schools, to ensure students are on track for positive educational outcomes.
We have strong partnerships with a range of key stakeholders, including Autism Queensland, to ensure a consistent and innovative delivery of services for autistic students and their families across Queensland.
These strong connections enable us to support students, their families and educators to navigate and access the wide range of dedicated autism support services and programs offered by government and non-government agencies.
The Autism Hub seeks opportunities to enhance service provision for students, teachers and families.
Examples of some of our projects include:
- online guided Functional Behaviour Assessment Tool
- Queensland School Autism Reflection Tool
- school mentoring program for secondary students.
We deliver and facilitate professional learning that supports educators to embrace diversity and value student and parent/carer voice, in their approach to teaching and learning.
